Affordable and comprehensive Dental/Vision coverage is now available with SB/A Freedom Icon II new dental and vision plan options. We offer a tradition PPO model using DenteMax’s nationwide dental professionals  – the plan covers exams, X-rays, fillings, crowns, bridges, and orthodontia, all the services members require.

For an even more affordable coverage option, we offer a reimbursement plan that covers dental and vision services up to $1800 per year.  Patients can use the dental and vision providers of their choice and be reimbursed amounts based on co-insurance levels.  This is the dental and vision program that employers and members have been asking for – its affordable and allows members to keep their dental and vision providers that have come to trust.
