Under the compliance guidelines of ERISA, SB/A CoOp accommodates 1099 and W2 groups of one or two into the SB/A Core Health and SB/A ICON health care plans. Independent Affiliate Members of the SB/A CoOp Inc., may acquire Membership as a 1099 contractor or W2 employer upon completing the appropriate SB/A CoOp membership, Affiliate Agreement, and W9.

• "SB/A Core Health Plans" provide coverage with annual maximums that reset each anniversary. Affordable Care Act qualified, ACA guides plans to contain the Essential Health Benefits of HHS.
• "SB/A ICON Plans" cover primary, specialist, and emergency care services, generic prescriptions, Inpatient and Outpatient surgeries, and professional services. SB/A ICON utilizes Teledoc Health telemedicine and co-pays to maximize savings.
• The SB/A MEC plan (Minimum Essential Coverage) primarily covers preventative and wellness screenings as designated by the Affordable Care Act. MEC plans create opportunities to stay on top of personal health before it might become an issue.
