The Value Bronze Individual plan is contract with top shelf National PPO network First Health. All pedigreed plans utilize full National PPO network. No referenced based pricing resulting in long drawn out negotiations that result in disappointment and balanced billing back to the patient.

The co-pay design is predictable when visiting a Provider and the “Plan” pays the balance. Co-pays are accumulated toward the Maximum Out Of Pocket.

Affordable Care Act Minimum Essential Coverage for ACA preventative and wellness is paid at 100%.

The Value Bronze Individual plan features dollar-saving telemedicine by Teladoc Health. Call Teladoc Health Board Certified Physicians 24/7/365 to reduce care and cost anxiety and handle unforeseen issues.

When admitted to the Hospital, emergency room co-pays are waived. For stays that might be longer than 5 days, an Indemnity called Hi Extend is in place to protect, and pays you $2,000/day for hospital facility charges through discharge up to 365 days.

There are no pre-existing condition exclusions. There are modest waiting periods for pre-ex within the last 12 months.

Maternity Global Services include facility, professional, and physician fees for uncomplicated maternity related care with a $3,500 co-pay.
